Shipping policy
At PlayerOne, we aim to get your order to you quickly and safely. Below are our standard shipping guidelines and options so you know what to expect after you place an order.
Order processing
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed. Processing means we pick, pack and hand your package to our delivery partner. Processing may take longer during peak seasons or sale events.
Delivery estimates
Standard delivery usually takes 2–9 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays) from the date of dispatch. Exact delivery time depends on your location and the courier network in your area. For remote or unserviceable PIN codes, extra time or charges may apply.
Priority shipping
If you need your order faster, we offer Priority Shipping for an additional charge (typically ₹49). Priority orders are prioritized for packing and dispatch and are delivered sooner in most locations — often within 3 business days after dispatch.
Shipping charges
- Standard shipping charges are included in the product price unless otherwise stated.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for remote locations, oversized items, or special delivery requests.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, you will receive an email and (if provided) a WhatsApp message with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear in the courier's system.
