We offer a 10-day money-back guarantee for defective products. To qualify:
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: Must be captured from the moment you open the sealed package.
- Product Condition: Must be unused and in original packaging. Any usage or damage voids eligibility.
Request a Refund
If your product is defective, email Playerone@gmail.com with:
- Order ID
- Unboxing video
- Brief description of the issue
Refund Process
Refund Policy: Refunds are only issued if the product is out of stock or unavailable for replacement. If your product is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund using the original payment method. The refunded amount will include the product's purchase price and any applicable taxes, but it will not include shipping or handling fees. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days from the date of approval. Once approved your money will be credited using your original payment method within 3-4 business days.
Damaged Products
If the console arrives damaged, we’ll replace it free of charge. Conditions:
- Report within warranty (6 months).
- Damage must not be caused by mishandling.
- An unboxing video must clearly show the damage.
Wrong Product Received
If you receive the wrong item, notify us within 12 hours of delivery at Playerone@gmail.com. Claims after this window will not be accepted.
Replacement Process
Replacements are only processed after the original product is returned and inspected:
- We’ll confirm eligibility via email.
- We’ll arrange pickup and share a tracking link.
- After inspection, a replacement will be sent free of charge.
Note: Replacements will not be issued without first inspecting the returned item.
